We believe in training our own people to embed our standards in their DNA. To reinforce our philosophy, we only work with the highest quality products from REDKEN and KEVIN.MURPHY.

That is why our employees are also trained in their product knowledge via the suppliers.
This allows them to advise you optimally for your wishes. The right products increase the quality of the hair, the pleasure of the cut and the preservation of the color.

Pricing Policy

We believe in the talent of our hairdressers, but also in their experience. Experience cannot teach you, but you do learn through experience. That is why we also have prices in our salon that are based on the years of experience of the hairdressers. PRICE DIFFERENTATION allows you as a customer to choose between the different experience levels of our hairdressers. Our price list includes:
JUNIOR STYLISTS, who have completed their training and have at least 3 years of salon experience.
STYLISTS, with a minimum of 5 years salon experience,
SENIOR STYLISTS
with 9 years of salon experience and our
TOP STYLISTS
have 12 years or more experience

Service

To reinforce our quality, we give WARRANTY on our work and products. In the unlikely event that you are not satisfied with the end result, please let us know within a week.
We will then do our utmost to solve it for you.
If you are not satisfied with the product you have purchased, you may exchange it for another product within two weeks.

Would you like to change or cancel your appointment? Please contact us by telephone at least 24 hours in advance, tel. (020) 7868666 or, if you have an online appointment, use the confirmation email to cancel the appointment. It is not possible to change this appointment online or by e-mail. In case of no show or late cancellation unfortunately we are forced to charge 50% of the appointment.
